I am spiritual but not into organized religion- I consider myself a child of nature. I have explored different spiritual avenues and continue to do so, but basically feel a strong connection to buddhism, the earth and memories of past lives. I spent 6 years taking care of my mother who had Alzheimer's so I was sort of "out of the world" for a while. I recently retired from teaching jr. high and visited "bucket list" destination #1 - Dharamsala, India - spent a month in India, Cambodia, Thailand. I like movies, hiking or walking outdoors rain or shine, rescuing senior dogs, I love traveling! |
